Who we are
We aim to promote the gentle art and science of Beekeeping to help preserve the honeybee as well as the native bees. We work with and educate beekeepers as well as the general public by offering classes, workshops, presentations and educational booths at local festivals and events.
Belfair & Beyond Beekeepers is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable donations.

All of our Officers serve on the Board of Directors as well as Committee Chairs.
I've been a member of B&BB since 2024 and have been keeping bees since 2021. At most I've kept up to 5 colonies at a time and as luck might have it, I successfully over-wintered two colonies my first winter. I've recently taken the Apprentice Certification and expect to get my certificate this Summer.
I operate the website and some internal communications for our members. Though I do not get to make it to many meetings, I have enjoyed the time spent with B&BB members and guests.
